Our Health and Beauty Charter is intended to maintain a high level of service to the clients of Wholistic Health and Beauty Centre and a positive environment for those working at the Centre.
The Charter
As a member of Wholistic Health and Beauty Centre team I make the following commitments:
- I shall be professional in dealings with clients.
- I shall practice only those therapies in which I hold current recognized qualifications.
- I shall keep my premises clean and hygienic at all times.
- I shall treat each client with the utmost respect and care.
- I shall keep up to date with professional knowledge and skills.
- I shall act with honesty, integrity and responsibility.
- I shall ensure that the client understands any information provided relating to treatment recommended and will commence treatment only with their informed consent.
- I shall meet all appointments booked in and not keep clients waiting for excessive periods of time.
- I shall encourage and support other members of the team.
- I shall respect the right of others to a pleasant workplace.
- I shall use well maintained and clean equipment.
- I shall adhere to client/therapist confidentiality at all times.
